Anthropologie Black/White dress size XL

This is an Anthropologie "second" purchased at a warehouse sale. Measurements are: ARMPIT TO ARMPIT 19, EMPIRE WAIST 17.5, LOWER WAIST 20, LENGTH FROM SHOULDER TO HEM - 48 INCHES. Fabric is all stretch. This would look best on a tall person (in my opinion). Very pretty and flattering. The back of the bodice is elastic See picture 3. Fabric is substantial. There are a couple of areas with what looks like smudged dirt. See picture 4 as an example. I have not tried washing but they really aren't noticeable and I'm selling low compared to value.
