Anthropologie Blue Polka Dot full skirt tank dress

You will get SO many compliments on this dress. I certainly did! Lightweight on the top featuring a fully lined tank dress but with a light knit material that forms a fluttery sleeve. This dress is very romantic and has a beautiful skirt with a bit of tulle in the lining to make it more full. Hits at knee length on my and I am 5’3. Looks great with sandals!
