Anthropologie Blue Skirt

Beautiful skirt, a new take on checkers with blue white and black. A think mustard yellow band encircles the top. Statement exposed zipper adds some flair to the back. Size 0. There is a mark on the tag but it's in perfect condition. Only worn once, it's too small for me!
