Anthropologie C.C. Outlaw Elastic Waist Pencil Skirt, MED

Worn maybe once but probably not at all! About 10 years old. Beautiful lined black pencil skirt with elastic waist and lovely ruffling at the bottom hem. Skirt measures 23" in length and 27" in length when taking the ruffle at the bottom in account which is a translucent fabric Laying flat the waist measures about 14.5" but remember this is elastic so it will stretch a good bit.
