New With Tags Size Small This vibrant electric blue blouse has a fun scarf tie at the neck. This blouse is different than other tie neck tops I have seen with the bow placement on the side of the neck instead of the middle. I really like the unique placement. The blouse has a hidden asymmetrical button closure going all the way down its front leading to a clasp at the top for the tie. This beautiful blouse makes a great layering piece. I gave an example of this in the picture where I layered it underneath Anthropologie’s Orane Sigal Printed Swing Dress. The fabric has a cool texture & sheen.
