Cartonnier Paper Bag Style Pants by Anthropologie. This is a size Medium and has room throughout the hips/thighs before becoming more straight/tapered at the ankle. The tie belt at the waist allows you to keep the pants as loose/tight as needed. Zip closure and button as well. Navy blue color. These are dry clean only so keep that in mind!
