Anthropologie Cartonnier Polka Dot Lined One Button Blazer Jacket. Navy?

The blazer has never been used, but because the tag fell off I’m listing it as like new. The color is tricky to tell. To me it’s a deep navy, sometimes looks more like a black hue, depending on lighting.
