Anthropologie Cartonnier Yellow Pencil Skirt

Consignment shop find many years ago. This cheery and happy skirt is sure to brighten any closet. Adorable pockets and gray stitching. Size 4, but fits like an XS. Shell looks like tweed, but 100% cotton. Fully lined in a satin type material. Gorgeous for the office or a day out on the town. Gently worn condition.
