Anthropologie Chiffon, lined Peplum Top w Sash S 4

Super cute puff sleeves Anthropologie Peplum top. Has Red piping and sash which is removable. Chiffon material is lined so that it's not sheer. Size Small would fit a size 2, 4 or smallish 6. Perfect condition - worn once or twice. A tad big for me in the shoulder area- I think I am abnormally small shouldered - so the sleeves keep slipping off. Hence, I've barely worn it. My loss is your gain!
