Beautiful backless halter dress with tiered ruffle skirt. This dress is so fun to wear; the skirt just begs you to dance and twirl around on a warm summer night! So sad this gal doesn't fit me anymore. I only wore it once or twice so condition is like new. I added a gold necklace as the halter vs the original rope like tie, which I still have and will include incase you prefer that look. Waist measurement laid flat is 13.5" Length measured from armpit is 35"

jillilicious @angiepoohluz length from the armpit is about 35". I'm 5'6" and it hit me below the knee but not quite to mid-calf.
