Anthropologie Cloth and Stone Distressed Blue Dress S

Brand new, no tags, tag marked to prevent store return. Great dress, size small but can also fit medium if you are a size 4-6. My mannequin is a size 4 and has a little room. Elastic waist with belt. This dress is distressed, and there are a few spots where there’s a little more distressing than you would expect, like, right under the V-neck, and over on the corner near the under arm, I took lots of pictures to show it, but honestly, it would never have prevented me from wearing it if it fit me better.
