Anthropologie Cocktail Dress - Beach Grass pattern in Beige and Black

Unique features: - Visible exterior zipper - Two pleats under the right bust - Petal flap on front, sewn so there is no opening when sitting - Back slit/vent extension on back to allow ease in movement There is stretch at the bust, but no stretch on the body. Compared to my size: For the bust, I wear a size 34C and it fits well. There is elastic ruching on the back which would allow a variety of size between 4-6. I have a size 40" hip and it barely fit (almost too tight to sit down), especially since there is no stretch at the hip.
