Anthropologie Colorful PeplumTop

Got this at Anthropologie. Beautiful patterns-picture #2 is top pattern, picture #3 bottom. Armpit to armpit is 18 inches; 28.5 inches long 100% rayon. Gorgeous colors-fuchsia, bright green, yellow... Back closing is two ties (see picture #4). No tags, but new/never been worn.
