Anthropologie Cooper & Ella 1940s style short sleeve dotted blouse

This top is super cute and I’m sad it doesn’t fit me anymore! It has a little of a 1940s vibe modernized by the small stud details and split hem. There’s a small stain on the inside back that isn’t visible from the outside. It’s a little sheer and you may want to wear a cami under it.
