Anthropologie Deletta white v-neck pleated tank

I'm not entirely sure what to call the detailing around the bust area of this cute sleeveless blouse, but I'm going with ruched or pleated, which creates a sort of empire waist detail. This v neck tank hangs loose and is super comfortable. It is made of a soft material that is slightly sheer (I'm wearing a white tank underneath for these pics). For reference, I'm 5'10, size 4. Great condition. Great for casual looks.
