Anthropologie Bailey 44 Front TwistDress Cutout Waist Sleeveless Striped Ribbed Size Small. It is cut out, but I never wore it to where the cut out would show. So if you don’t like the cut out part, it is possible to hide it. Very soft and stretchy. I bought two bc I loved it so much👌🏼 Small flaw noted in pictures but really hard to spot.
