Anthropologie Eva Franco Red shorts romper

SO cute!! Has a tie in the back and a waist tie. Sadly just doesn't fit anymore because it's a summer staple. GUC becuase there is one tiny black dot (as shown) by the clasp. I'm not sure if I bought it like this. Definitely wouldn't be noticeable.
