Anthropologie Faithfull The Brand Kiera Skirt & Top El Marsa in Marigold Yellow Floral. These are NWOT. I bought them for my daughter at Anthropologie in Palm Beach Gardens & she never wore them. Skirt is midi maxi style. The top is elastic, stretches for sizing & has adjustable straps that can also be tucked in & worn strapless style. Skirt waist is also elastic & stretches.
