What is the condition of this sweater? Any sweater balls around the underarms?

Hello,
I took pictures under each arm. There are no variances in the material, so no sweater balls. It blends with the rest of the shirt.

How would you describe the condition of this sweater? Like new, excellent or good? Can you also take a picture of the sweater hanging without a person wearing it? I noticed that the bottom of this sweater (hem) sometimes looks stretched out, depending of the wear. I am looking for this sweater in like new condition.

@donnaphardy6866 hello, it would be like new as it was worn once if I recall correctly. the pictures are all of the actual sweater none are pulled from sites. I added a picture on a hanger. As you can see in the pictures with the sweater on a person the hem does have a small side split on each side. The hem hangs normal and square as in the picture on the hanger.
