Anthropologie Floral Blouse with ties

This Anthropologie blouse has flowy tulip sleeves. The blouse also has a wrap feature where the one side is buttoned into the inside of the shirt and then the final wrap ties together. This shirt is super flattering! Only worn once. Selling because it is too small for me. Fits more like a medium. Would recommend for someone with a smaller waist and bust.
