Anthropologie 11-1-Tylho Isla Chiffon Floral Dress. Swing silhouette, mini length. Sheer peasant sleeves. Neck tie detail in contrasting floral print, pussybow. Small ditsy floral rose print in pink and white on black and white. Pullover styling. In gently used condition. No stains or holes. The bottom of the neckline is ripping a little, see last pic.
