New With Tags (Flaw Listed Below) Size XL (price tag is mismarked as a size L) This charming dress by Anthropologie has w white background with a yellow, orange, & green romantic cottage floral print. Themaxi dress has a full tiered skirt. It is fully lined. The fabric is 84% viscose & 16% nylon. It has pockets. The smocked elastic square back has a tie across the back of the shoulders. FLAW: It appears that the dress had an accident in the store with a rack. There is a large black smudge mark across the back of the hips. This is depicted in detail in the last three pictures.
