Cute dress from anthropologie girls from the Savoy brand size 2. Halter style with detachable straps. Can also be worn strapless. Full skirt with a small petticoat underneath back zipper and elastic sides super cute and excellent condition. I just no longer wear anymore. Has been in closet for awhile. Could use a dry clean.
