Anthropologie "Lemon Liftoff Blouse" by Girls From Savoy is a beautiful retro-style blouse in a pretty shade of yellow with an all over print of owls sitting on crescent moons in brown and white. The blouse has short puffed sleeves with pleating at the cuffs, a v-neck with an attached bow tie scarf, a peplum waist, and invisible side zip closure. 100% silk.
