Colorful lightweight corduroy fabric, sweetheart bust with petal style bust with detachable halter strap, elastic ruching on the back, Metal zipper up the back very full skirt with satin crinoline underneath, perfect for twirling! this dress is in excellent condition I only wore it twice. Size 0, because of elastic on back some flexibility to size. bust 32-34", waist-25-27"
