Lots of fine details with black piping at yoke. Sophisticated & beautiful. V neck top. Cute with short boots or tall shoes or straps shoes too. 34” length. 2 hidden pockets on either side. Flouncy, flirty and fun!! So comfortable and flattering. Never worn.
