Anthropologie HD in Paris Gingham Plaid Perforated Dress Teal size 8 Y2K style

Super cute mixed media dress features teal gingham plaid accented with insets of green and purple stripes and a perforated embroidered skirt. Has an exposed back zipper and is fully lined. Has pockets! Overall good condition, I did find a decorative thread loose (see pics) could be an easy fix Label says US size 8 but really fits like a 6.
