Stretchy and flattering pencil skirt. Hugs the hips yet flows straight for easy movement. Bright vibrant by colors on pastel teal background. Soft and breathable fabric. Lined with white cotton. Zipper and hook closure in the back. Used but in very good condition. Small stain, see last picture for detail. Measurements taken flat and are approximate: Waist: 13” has stretch Hips:17” Length: 24” 70% Cotton, 28% Polyester, 2% Spandex.
