I wore it with a belt to cinch in the waist the hips and legs are wide leg style. Straps are adjustable and tie style. Beautiful light fabric. There is a stretch smocked bust and the straps are adjustable and tie. Metallic threading. Please refer to the pics for fabric content. Bust is 34 to 36 inches and waist is 24 to 26.
