Cuffs and bottom of jacket have elastic on bottom. Round neck line. Excellent condition with minor pilling. Not super noticeable. Measures approximately 21 inches flat across chest from armpit to armpit, 22 inches in length, with sleeves measuring approximately 20 inches from neckline.
