Cotton blend blazer / military style jacket by Hei Hei. Has 4 pockets and shoulder epaulettes. Color is between a dark blue-green and teal. Sleeves are rolled up in photos but can be rolled down to full length. Front bottom closure. Drawstring waist. Chest pockets have zippers. This top is preowned and in good condition. It has been gently worn and has no rips or stains.
