Brand new with tags. Looks from afar like it’s black & white, but it’s really a dark navy. Gorgeous high waisted criss cross style. It has a hidden zipper in the back & fully lined. Perfect business wear or for a night out. 45% Rayon, 35% cotton, 20% polyester I absolutely love this skirt, but it’s a bit too tight for me. I normally wear an 8, but this 10 is a bit tighter than I like. It has zero stretch to it. Waist to hem: 25” Slit: 5” Waist measured flat: 15” Hips/butt measured flat: 20”
