Does the tag say "s" or "xs/s"? Also, what is the length of the shirt/sleeves?

@threadsofwhimsy apologies for the delay! The tag actually says xs/s, and the sleeves (from the shoulder seem to the bottom) are about 19.5”. From top of shoulder to bottom the length is about 20”
