Beautiful skirt with embroidered birds and flowers at hemline. Used item so there is some staining or discoloration at back of skirt 2" below waistband which can be covered by wearing a longer top. You can see in last 2 photos. Really not sure where it came from as I have not worn in awhile and just pulled from my closet as I'm trying to downsize. I have not tried to remove the stain so do not know if it will come out or not. 100% cotton and length measures 23".

leifography @brittany3x3 sorry just saw this. Waist measures 27 1/4" circumference so sits lower on the waist if you're a sz 0... or at waist if you're a sz 2 or 27 in jeans. Hope that helps!
