The collar is round with a ruffled edge. 1/2 sleeve with wide cuffed end. The dress has a full button closure with hidden oversized buttons. Dress is in good, clean, preowned condition. There was originally a belt with the dress that is no longer with it. A ribbon or a brown leather belt would make a great alternative.
