This is an Anthropologie Maeve Aseey Blouse Scalloped Scoop Neck 2P. This one was a bit hard to photograph, but it is indeed a green and black pattern, not blue. The stock photo is correct along with the close up and tag photo (depending on your screen). I have worn this 2-3 times and it is in very good condition with no visible flaws or wear. I have too many clothes for my small apartment, and am trying to clear my closet. Because of this, all items have been in storage and may need an iron. All items are stored carefully. I do use packaging from other companies, as I don't want it ending up in landfills. The packaging is usually from Anthropologie, and is always clean.
