Excellent condition. Beautiful print in black, blue, cream and orange-red. Elastic at waist and tie sash is flattering and comfortable. Light cotton overlays a black petticoat with orange lace trim. Button front with additional smaller snaps at chest to prevent gapping. Did I mention pockets that actually hold things? ** Chest - 16” across Waist - 13.5” (2” elastic waistband adds stretch) Length - 39” (shoulder to hem)
