This dress is summer perfection, but sadly it is too short for me (5’8”). Can be worn on shoulder or off. Beautiful citron/lime floral and bird print on slightly textured fabric. Super fun adjustable back and pockets? Amazing! I took photos of measurements and the length is from the elastic on the top of one of the sleeves as if wearing on the shoulder. The elastic across the chest and waist plus the tie back makes this very adjustable for different bust and waists. Free from any stains, tears, etc that I can see.
