White and Neon Tweed Cotton Skirt with really beautiful neon and gold thread piping. Great used condition, some natural pilling, zipper in great condition. Slight stretch, fits more like a Size 4 with a slight flare. Loved how airy and light the material felt, perfect for transitional seasons. Fully lined on the inside white.
