Anthropologie Maeve Poplin Bow-Front Blouse top

Never worn, despite no tags. Bow can be tied at the front or back. I removed the tags to wash and dry it hoping it would shrink, but it didn't. Good news is it washes and dries well. :) I took a chance and bought this on final sale but it's too big. Reviewers said it runs small and to size up, but I find it true to size for me (Typically XS/S/4 at Anthropologie, 5' 4", 34B, 27").
