This skirt is in excellent, pre-owned condition. There are no rips, tears, holes, stains, or obvious signs of wear. The rayon fabric is slightly crinkled. The tiny white floral print is super cute! The skirt is lined to just above the knee with a lightweight solid blue fabric. There is a small amount of adjustability in the waist band with two options for the inside buttons, see photo #9.
