Anthropologie Maeve blue batik peplum bottom shirt

This is a very pretty blue cotton Anthropologie Maeve tunic top with a peplumed bottom. It is marked 00p but it fits more like an xs. The chest closes with 3 metal buttons and it is an open v above that. The front and chest are accented with a navy crochet border. The sleeves can either be long and buttoned with 2 metal buttons or rolled up and secured with a tab and metal button. Excellent condition, washed but I never wore it.
