Anthropologie Maeve blue dress 2/s/XS

Anthropologie Free People brand : Maeve sz2 dress in pretty flowing fabric w/stretchy waist. runs a bit big, however. I'm usually a 0/2 &this dress is big on me- I'd say it would fit a 4/6. I am 5'9", 115. meant to have a belt/sash (one in pics isn't included)- didn't come w/it. 100% rayon, lining 100% acetate. robins egg blue/light teal &top: bright navy. Covered buttons up back. Bought off another seller- said it was new w/out tags. tiny snag on front- not even worth noting.
