theonlywoman Hi, it's not clingy or tightfitting. The upper part is fitting while the skirt has a swing to it. It wouldn't be tight on you at all. When I wore this dress I was pretty much the same.

theonlywoman Good morning! If it helps any, I have a 32" inch bust and it was perfect on me. The hips are pretty much free due to the style. Let me know if that answers your question and if not I can dig it out of storage and do measurements for you.
