Anthropologie - Maeve short shift dress or tunic with batwing sleeves that close with shell buttons. Empire waist design that gathers at front. Side pockets. Size small but fits like an XS. Overall length from shoulder to hem is 32”. From side to side across the gathers measures 22”. Width across the hem is 17”. Excellent condition.
