Anthropologie Mauve blue and white short sleeve peplum top

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thethriftyash. Got it in the mail today and my arms are too big (I have 16” biceps). There is no give in the fabric. I am 38C. You definitely need to be smaller to fit. So even though it says size 14 on the tag I’m labeling it a size 10. Even an 8 could wear it to look like the model in the picture.
