Anthropologie Mini Romper

Very sweet, short, sexy, deep v-neck jumper/romper. Looks like a skirt from the front and back but has built-in shorts. Tie waist. Orange red, color most accurate to picture of the neck. Hook closure at the deep v-neck, one button in back needs mending (see photo). Elastic waistband, so has some stretch and can fit more like a small.
