Anthropologie Minimalist Shirtdress

This is a rePosh, an unfortunate purchase on my part. The dress was way too long and unflattering on me (5’2”) and seller failed to disclosed the condition of the dress. It is in a considerably better state than how I received it and I have also starched it. BUT there remains some discoloration on the edge of both sleeves and neckline (see photos). Fully lined/not see through with pockets.
