Anthropologie Navy Weave the Ring Skirt size 0

Navy and cream plaid skirt from Anthropologie. Size 0 but the waist measures 13.25" across, so it certainly fits a 2 also. 21" long. Fully lined with an interior petticoat. 100% cotton. Back zip. Gently worn but there is a small faint stain on the front (photo 5). Its so faint that I can't get a great picture. Its hardly noticeable due to the fun plaid print.
