This is a gorgeous, flowy Nylon Apparel Anthropologie maxi dress made from alternating white eyelet fabric and trim with light blue and white paisley fabric. Adjustable spaghetti straps, elastic empire waist, top half of skirt has a white lining. Generous bust / cleavage coverage with a backing to the v-neck for modesty. In beautiful condition with no rips, stains, or odors. Tag inside the back says M size medium, but care tag says small (pictured). It's quite roomy if it is a small; please note measurements provided.
